Terms of Service

In force since: 2026-10-04

These terms govern use of the ZuloOne service — the hosted stand we run for you, the browser interface, the Android field app and the support around them.

1. Who you are contracting with

The service is provided by Oleksandr Nikolaiev, Village Varkhani, 7th Street, N7, Adigeni Municipality, Varkhani 0305, Georgia, natural person (no company registration).

2. What the subscription covers

A subscription buys one stand: an isolated instance of ZuloOne with its own database, its own subdomain and its own configuration. It includes hosting, monitoring, version upgrades, backups and the support level of your plan. It does not include building your business model for you, migrating data out of another system, or integrations we have not agreed in writing.

3. Accounts and access

You name the people who get access and you answer for what they do with it. Credentials are personal — a seat is one person, not a shared login. Tell us promptly when an account should be closed; we cannot know that someone has left.

4. Your data stays yours

Everything you put into the stand — records, documents, business model, scripts — belongs to you. We process it to run the service and for nothing else: we do not sell it, mine it or train anything on it. You can export it at any time while the subscription is live.

How it is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

ZuloOne compiles the code you write, so this matters more here than on an ordinary service. Do not use the stand to run workloads unrelated to your business, to scan or attack our infrastructure or anyone else's, to break the law of your country or ours, or to resell access to third parties. We may suspend a stand that threatens the platform or other customers, and we will tell you why.

6. Availability and maintenance

Availability targets are per plan and measured monthly. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and normally falls outside business hours in your time zone. Time lost to your own configuration, to a script you deployed, or to a network we do not control does not count against the target.

7. Fees and billing

Fees are payable in advance, monthly or annually as chosen. Prices exclude VAT and local taxes, which are added where the law requires. Seats added during a period are billed pro rata. Persistent non-payment suspends the stand after written notice — it does not delete it.

Current prices are on the pricing page.

8. Term, notice and what happens at the end

A monthly subscription renews monthly and either side may end it with one month's notice. An annual subscription runs its term. When a subscription ends the stand stays available read-only for 30 days so that you can export, and is then deleted along with its backups on the normal backup schedule.

9. Intellectual property

The ZuloOne platform, its source and its documentation remain ours. A subscription grants the right to use the service for its term and nothing else. The business model you build in the workspace — your dictionaries, documents, registers and scripts — is yours, and you get a copy of that repository.

10. Liability

We are liable for what the law does not allow us to exclude, and beyond that our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Neither side is liable for lost profit, lost business or indirect loss, nor for failures caused by the other side's own actions.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for legal reasons or because the service changes. Material changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect, and if you do not accept them you may end the subscription before that date without penalty.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia.
