A country package is a Customization-layer model on top of Global Core. There
is no if (country) in the core. A package is not only tax: it is
everything that country requires and the universal contour does not have.

What goes into a country package#

Translating buttons, and RTL, are not a country package. That is platform i18n.
A new country is a new model and a new page in this folder. Do not branch
Ukraine or KSA with "one more if". A topic in the package — a bank, a tax
cabinet — is a page beside it. Diia is not in the product: why it is separate.
Countries#
- Ukraine — the
LocalizationUkrainepackage. Today: VAT (ПДВ), the regimes, single tax (єдиний податок), personal income tax (ПДФО) and military levy (ВЗ), the tax invoice (податкова накладна) through an operator. Social insurance (ЄСВ) is HR rates. Live M.E.Doc and PrivatBank statements are connected at the customer, not in CI: M.E.Doc, PrivatBank. There is no Diia — why it is separate. There is no State Tax Service (ДПС) cabinet. - Saudi Arabia — the
LocalizationSaudiArabiapackage. Today: 15% VAT and the ZATCA e-invoice. GOSI is social insurance rates in HR. The package has no Saudi cabinets or banking gateways of its own.
The KSA e-invoice process is separate — ZATCA: it is a sales scenario, not the whole package.
