Vacation, sick leave, or another absence of one employee. Fill standard week on a TimeSheet treats these windows as exceptions to the standard week.

Name, Employee, Kind, DateFrom, and DateTo are required. ID comes from TimeOffSeq, which starts at 1000 and steps by 1. Kind is Vacation, Sick, or Absence. Work is refused. From must not be after To. Two windows for the same employee must not overlap. Empty Name is filled as kind and dates.
There are no commands. This dictionary writes no register. The timesheet copies the kind onto the day and writes 0 hours.
