Install the phone app
Updated
Use the same orders, prices, and routes as the browser, on an Android phone. You sign in as the same user, against the same stand.
Note
The app is not in the Play Store or the App Store. Download it from your cabinet → Apps. There is no iOS build.
How to#
To install the phone app, open Ribbon → Administrator → Access → Users. Open the user. In Roles pick Agents (sales agent), Sales managers, or Warehouse (storekeeper). Save. Those three roles are already on the stand, with the matching Mobile app view and the object rights that view needs.
For an agent, also open Ribbon → Sales → Dictionaries → Sales agents, open your card, type your user name in Login, and Save. That is what brings your customers, prices, and routes to the phone. A name that does not exist, or one that another agent already uses, is refused when saving.
On the phone, uninstall ZuloOne if an old copy is there, and delete the old zuloone.apk from Downloads.
Open your cabinet, sign in, and tap Download for Android under Apps. Open the file that just downloaded. If the phone blocks the install, allow it for that browser: Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps.
Open ZuloOne. The first field is Tenant: the tenant name only (acme, for instance) — not a URL. The app opens that stand itself. Sign in with the same Name and Password you use in the office. The name is remembered, including after signing out. The role opens as soon as the view is known — a large catalogue does not keep you on Sign in. A bar under Sync names the table being saved; tap Sync to watch it. If the wire drops, the same bar continues later. You, Appearance, and Language stay tappable while it runs; a language change then re-downloads names in the background.
On You, Role shows the view and Sales agent shows your card. If You says Not linked, the office has not typed your login on your Sales agents card. The version line sits under your name. When more than one role is available, switch it on You. Language starts as the language on your user card (Ribbon → Administrator → Access → Users). You can pick another on You; that pick stays on this phone, like Appearance. The stand decides the role: a sales agent sees today's route, a visit, and an order from the price cache, including a command queue that works without a connection; a storekeeper sees pick and put-away; the field desk shows the team, GPS, and order approvals.
On the field desk (You → Manager → Team) tap Choose under Analytics. Turn on the slices you want — revenue by customer, by item, receivables by contract. Done. The numbers are income, outcome, and closing for the desk day.
Example
- Tenant acme
- Name the same as the office
After sign-in, You shows Role Sales agent and your name under Sales agent. Today's route then has stops to check in.
Tip
Prices on the phone are a cache. Run Sync before you take the day's first order. Android will warn that the developer is unknown; continue. If a later build arrives with a different key, remove the old copy first.
If the command refuses#
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| This login has no mobile view. | On Ribbon → Administrator → Access → Users, add Agents, Sales managers, or Warehouse to this login, then Save. |
| Not linked. The office types your login on your Sales person card | On Ribbon → Sales → Dictionaries → Sales agents, type your user name in Login, Save. |
| The install is blocked | Allow that browser under Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps, then open the file again. |
| The first field asks for Tenant and a URL does not work | Type only the tenant name (acme), not https://acme.zulo.one. |
| Sign in stays on Working… and never opens Today | Update the app. The role now opens on the descriptor; the catalogue keeps downloading under Sync. |
| Android warns that the developer is unknown | Continue the install. |
| You need an iPhone build | There is no iOS build. Use the browser on the stand address. |
