TimeSheet

Updated

A time sheet is a grid of attendance over a period. Fill standard week writes days; Lines holds hours by employee. Payroll accrual reads those hours. The timesheet itself writes no register.

State Command What happens
Draft Fill standard week Writes weekday rows for employees of the division. Manual days stay. Time-off days are marked absent with 0 hours.
Draft Approve timesheet Approved. An empty timesheet with no lines is refused.
Approved Accrue payroll Creates a PayrollAccrual from Lines.

Fill standard week (FillTimeSheet) and Approve timesheet (ApproveTimeSheet) are bound to Draft. Accrue payroll (AccruePayroll) is bound to Approved. The stored captions match the names: Draft, Approved. Approved stays editable.
