The stored value Issued is captioned Released. Released is read-only. Paid remains only for old rows and is locked.

Registers#
In Reserved, Picking, Packing, and Shipped this document writes ReservedStock. SalesOrder does not. On Released (Issued) the reservation is removed, Stock is written off, and Revenue records amount and quantity by item, customer, and contract (SalesRevenueTx).
