Profile and ABC are required. Mode is Keep stock, Buy to order, or Not set. Empty mode is Not set: the cell exists and suggests no quantity. Keep stock uses Cover, days. Buy to order suggests zero even when stock is on hand. Class letters are data, not hardcoded AX…CZ.

This dictionary is not hierarchical.
Who references this#
AbcSuggestion is built from these cells by Build replenishment on the profile. A cell does not create a purchase order. Create purchase drafts on the profile does that after replenishment has a quantity to order.
There are no commands. This dictionary writes no register.
