Why login is not in LocalizationUkraine#
Diia.ID is "who signed into the tenant". That is the same layer as a password
or an OIDC provider, not tax. A country package has no right to own sign-in:
otherwise each package drags in its own provider and the kernel grows
if (country).
A Diia.ID sign-in provider is not in the product. It is not emulated by a dictionary in the Ukrainian model.
Why there is no stub channel#
A channel with no live host is a baseUrl nobody will dial, and tests that
stay green on invented JSON without exercising a real operator contract. There
is no diia-* channel in the package: there is no agreement with the Ministry
of Digital Transformation (Мінцифри).
Document signing is not in the product. If it is added, it belongs on the
IOutboundGateway queue by channel name, secrets in Integration:Credentials.
Not an HTTP client. Not ДСТУ in a script: as with M.E.Doc, the cryptography
stays with the outside party.
The ЄРПН tax invoice will not become this channel. It already goes to
M.E.Doc (erpn-send / erpn-gov / erpn-receipt). Diia does not replace it.
