Fields#

Field Caption Points at
ID ID number sequence
AutoReceiveOnOrder Auto-receive on order boolean
DefaultPaymentTerm Default payment term PaymentTerm
DefaultPaymentTermDays Default payment term (days) integer, hidden
InvoiceMatchTolerance Invoice match tolerance decimal, precision 18, scale 2
ApprovalThreshold Approval threshold decimal, precision 18, scale 2

ID comes from PurchasingSettingsSeq, which starts at 1 and steps by 1. None of the fields is required.

Empty Auto-receive on order is off: Place order leaves the order Ordered. On, a passed receipt check saves Ordered, then posts Received.

Save stamps Default payment term (days) from Default payment term when the reference is filled. Clearing the reference does not erase the number. PurchaseOrder with an empty Payment term reads those days.

Empty or 0 Invoice match tolerance does not cap the gap: a SupplierInvoice of any difference still registers. A positive value stops registration when the invoice diverges from receipts by more than that amount.

Empty or 0 Approval threshold turns approval off. Above zero, Place order refuses a total above the threshold until Approve order has stored an approved amount that covers the current total.

Auto-receive, the term, the match cap, and the approval cap are company-wide; there is no rule per supplier on this card. Zero Invoice match tolerance means no cap, not an exact-match rule.
