Fields#

Field Caption Points at
ID ID number sequence
DefaultUnit Default unit of measure UnitOfMeasure
DefaultReceivingLocation Default receiving location StoreCell
EnforceUnitConversion Enforce unit conversion boolean
EnforceWarehouseTasks Enforce warehouse tasks boolean
FulfillmentScheme Shipment scheme WarehouseFulfillmentScheme
DefaultSalePriceType Default sale price type PriceType

ID comes from InventorySettingsSeq, which starts at 1 and steps by 1. None of the fields is required.

Empty Enforce warehouse tasks is off: any cell is accepted, and put-away or pick is not required. On, a receipt must land in a receiving cell and a shipment must leave a pick cell; PutAwayTask and PickTask sit between those cells.

Shipment scheme is Not set, Simple, or Extended. The field does nothing while warehouse tasks are off. Simple posts the move from storage on confirm. Extended, and Not set, leave a draft pick for the storekeeper.

Empty Default sale price type is the oldest active Base sale type. Empty Default purchase price type is the oldest active Base purchase type. A customer or supplier with its own type wins.

Default unit of measure on this card does not copy to a new Item: Unit on a new item stays empty.
