Name is required. Code is optional, 16 characters. UnitClass is the UnitClass. RatioToBase is how many base units of the class one of this unit contains. Gram is 1, kilogram is 1000, tonne is 1000000. Empty or 0 means this unit does not convert by class. Box and Pallet are stored that way.
DecimalPlaces empty uses the global constant QuantityScale, whose value is 3.
