On-hand quantity by cell and item. Receipts add quantity. Issues and sales subtract it from the cell. A transfer moves quantity between two cells. The balance is physical on-hand; it is not a counterparty bucket. Who delivered the goods lives on Purchases. Stock value lives on InventoryValue.
