A refund uses a cash desk or a bank account, exactly one of them. The desk or account must be in the supplier's currency (the supplier card, or the legal entity's when the card has none). Empty Supplier contract writes no contract slice. Empty Exchange rate means one and is refused when the refund currency differs from the legal entity's.

Commands and states#

State Command What happens
Draft Receive refund Paid. Payable rises by Amount. The desk or bank balance rises by Amount.

Receive refund (ReceiveVendorRefund) is bound to Draft. Paid is read-only. The stored captions match the names: Draft, Paid.

The command also refuses both a cash desk and a bank account, neither of them, a disabled desk or account, a currency mismatch, a closed fiscal period, and a date with no ledger period.

Registers#
