Visit and order

An order stores the visit in SalesOrder.Visit. The visit card does not show this field: it reads document links. Therefore saving the order itself creates the “visit → order” link.
An empty Visit on an existing order means “the field was not in the package”, like contract and outlet. OnBeforeSave returns the saved value. A partial save cannot remove the visit: an explicit different identifier is required. Moving to another visit sends the new id, and the old visit link is removed.
Only parents of type AgentVisit are removed. A quotation parent remains: an order from a quotation and an order from a visit are different axes, and the second one must not break the first one.
AgentVisitZr print reads orders with Visit = this visit and prints the number and subtype. It does not add amounts: otherwise the visit form would diverge from the order on the day when a line gets a discount that the print form does not see.
There is no supplier order approval here. Purchasing has no threshold, role, or separate “under approval” subtype, and they must not be invented from the field-sales contour.
