A country is a named place with optional ISO codes, a phone code, and a default Currency. Region, City, and Address point at one country.

Name is required. ID comes from CountrySeq, which starts at 1000 and steps by 1. ISO codes, Phone code, and Currency are optional and not unique.
ISO codes are not required and are not unique. This card does not store tax jurisdiction or a localization package.
This dictionary is not hierarchical. There are no commands. This dictionary writes no register.
