TaxRegistration
Updated
A tax registration is a dated VAT (or other tax) number of a party. Party type plus Party name the party because Tax cannot reference Customer or Supplier. The party-card tax registration number is the print fallback.

PartyType, PartyId, Tax, Jurisdiction, RegistrationNumber, and ValidFrom are required. ID comes from TaxRegistrationSeq, which starts at 1000 and steps by 1. Party type is stored as LegalEntity, Customer, or Supplier. Party is an identifier. The card shows the type and the id; it is not a typed lookup to Customer or Supplier. Empty Valid to leaves the row open. Two live windows of the same party, tax, and jurisdiction that overlap are refused.
TaxCalculation stamps Registration number from this row on the tax-point date, falling back to the legal entity's print number. The calculation keeps its own copy because this row will be edited later.
