Profile, Axis, ClassCode, and From are required. Empty To is plus infinity. To, when set, may not be less than From. Letters are data on the row, not a fixed A/B/C list. Bands are not edited from the profile card; they are rows on this list.

Who references this#
Recalculate on AbcProfile reads the bands of that profile.
There are no commands. This dictionary writes no register.
