ID comes from BankSeq, which starts at 1000 and steps by 1. A bank account references this directory through its optional Bank field.
EdrpouCode stores the Ukrainian state-register identifier. It is supplied by the LocalizationUkraine extension, not by the shared Accounting contract.

What's not there yet#
The shared Accounting contract has no country-specific bank identifiers. LocalizationUkraine supplies EDRPOU, while the Okrasheno 1C sync key remains a client-model extension.
