Warehouse is how stock moves: receipt, pick, issue, transfer, count, and the free balance an order can still take. In this app you can:
- Create an item
- Create an item group
- Create a unit of measure
- Create a store
- Set units and packaging
- Fill item characteristics
- Choose a shipment scheme
- Set the costing method
- Put goods away
- Pick goods
- Issue goods
- Transfer stock
- Adjust stock
- Count stock
- Read reservation and free balance
- Open a register report
A sales order does not reserve stock. Reservation is written when the sales realization is created.
How to#
To put goods on a shelf and take them off:
- Create an item and Create a store.
- Place a purchase order — Place order, then Receive order. Stock arrives.
- Put goods away when the receipt uses zones.
- Pick goods or Issue goods when the sales realization needs stock to leave.
Until you press the command on each card, that document stays a draft.
