TaxPeriod
Updated
A tax period is a named return window of one legal entity and one tax. Closing it refuses a new TaxReturn for those dates. Posting lock is FiscalPeriod, not this dictionary.

Commands#
| Command | What happens |
|---|---|
| Build return | Creates a draft TaxReturn for this period and opens it. |
Build return (BuildTaxReturn) sits on this dictionary, not on the return, because it creates the document. A closed tax period, a closed fiscal period, or a return already built for the window is refused.
This dictionary writes no register.
