AbcSuggestion

The last replenishment suggestion for an item in a profile: class pair, mode, cover, issued quantity, on-hand, and quantity to order. A row here is not a PurchaseOrder. Create purchase drafts on the profile writes a draft only when Suggest qty is above zero and the item already had a received receipt.

SliceLast is by profile and item. Build replenishment is for item profiles only.

Build replenishment (BuildAbcPolicy) on AbcProfile, which reads AbcClassification and AbcPolicyCell. The nightly job also builds enabled item profiles. Documents do not post into this register.
