A cash desk (till): one currency, optionally its own ledger cash account. Spending from a desk lowers its CashBalance.

Name and Currency are required. Currency is the only currency the desk holds; a cash document must be in it. Empty Cash account uses the cash account of the AccountingSettings.
ID comes from CashDeskSeq, which starts at 1000 and steps by 1.
