Agent and Due date are required. Empty Customer is lawful: a task can be a call with no card yet. Outlet is filtered by Customer. Visit route is optional and is not a stop on that route. ID comes from AgentTaskSeq, which starts at 1000 and steps by 1.
This document has no table part.
Commands and states#
| State | Command | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Open | Complete | Done. No payment is written. |
| Open | Cancel | Cancelled. |
Complete (CompleteTask) and Cancel (CancelTask) are bound to Open. Cancel asks for confirmation. The stored captions match the names: Open, Done, Cancelled. Open is the initial state. None of the subtypes is read-only.
A Collect task is a reminder to go. Cash in still uses CustomerPayment.
Registers#
None. Completing the task does not move receivable.
