Company-wide CRM flags. Loyalty is on or off here, and this is the earn rate a tier uses when its own rate is 0. One row: the menu opens the card for editing. There is no list and no delete.

ID comes from CRMSettingsSeq, which starts at 1 and steps by 1. Empty Loyalty enabled is off. Empty Loyalty points per currency unit is 0.
LoyaltyTier Earn rate 0 inherits this rate. A live LoyaltyCampaign window beats both. Points are written on SalesRealization Released, not on the order.
A loyalty switch on a tier or a campaign is not in the product; the flag lives only on this card. Points per currency unit is one company rate; there is no rate per item or per customer on this row.

No object stores a CRMSettings field. LoyaltyTier, LoyaltyCampaign, and SalesLoyaltyTx on SalesRealization read this row.
