DebtTransfer

Updated

One functional currency only: a foreign source or target is refused.

Commands and states#

State Command What happens
Draft Transfer debt Transferred. The amount leaves the source basis and lands on the target basis.

Transfer debt (Transfer) is bound to Draft. Transferred is read-only. The stored captions match the names: Draft, Transferred.

The amount may not exceed what is open on the source ReceivableByBasis or PayableByBasis slice.

Registers#

On Transferred, only the scripts for that Side write. There is no GL script.

Receivable (DebtTransferReceivableTx):

  • ReceivableByBasis minus Amount on the source customer, contract, and from-basis; plus Amount on the target customer, contract, and to-basis.
  • Receivable moves only when the target customer or sales contract differs: minus on the source, plus on the target. Same party and contract leave the register unchanged.

Payable (DebtTransferPayableTx):

  • PayableByBasis minus Amount on the source supplier, from-basis, and supplier contract when set; plus Amount on the target.
  • Payable moves only when the target supplier or supplier contract differs.
