ID comes from SalesSettingsSeq, which starts at 1 and steps by 1. None of the fields is required.
Empty Allow backorder is off: confirm refuses a quantity above free stock. On, the order may promise more than is on hand.
Empty Confirm order on submit is off: submit leaves the order unconfirmed. On, submit runs the same path as approve.
Save stamps Default payment term (days) from Default payment term when the reference is filled. Clearing the reference does not erase the number. A sales document with an empty Payment term reads those days.
Empty or 0 Average route speed, km/h is 30. The optimizer uses that speed to turn distance into minutes.
Empty Block orders with overdue debt is off: orders confirm whatever the customer owes. On, see Payment due date. Overdue grace days empty or 0 means a debt is overdue the day after its due date.
Mobile price mismatch, % is stored here; no command currently refuses a phone price from this number. Backorder, confirm-on-submit, and the default term are company-wide; there is no rule per customer on this card.
