A delivery schedule is the recurring weekday wave for a route: depart time and default crew. Saving a schedule does not open a trip. Plan delivery wave and Fill from route on the trip gather the morning run.

Name, Route, and Weekday are required. Weekday is Monday through Sunday. Unspecified is refused. One live (not disabled) schedule per route and weekday.
A trip that still has an empty vehicle, driver, or depot copies them from the route, then from this weekday row. Dispatch trip stamps Planned departure from Depart hour and Depart minute.

This dictionary is not hierarchical.
Who references this#
DeliveryTrip looks up the live schedule of its route on the trip date.
There are no commands. This dictionary writes no register.
