TaxSubmission
Updated
An authority submission is an append-only journal row of one filing attempt: return, payment, or e-invoice. The mock writes Accepted or Rejected. A country package keeps writing here.

Kind, SourceId, SubmittedAt, Status, and Receipt are required. ID comes from TaxSubmissionSeq, which starts at 1000 and steps by 1. Kind written by the mock is RETURN, PAYMENT, or EINVOICE. Status written by the mock is Accepted or Rejected. Receipt starts with MOCK-OK or MOCK-REJECT. Empty Authority means no connection was found for the legal entity.
Users do not New this list as the main path. File a tax return, Pay a tax, and the e-invoice outcome write the row.
Live HTTP to the authority is not this journal. A mock rejection does not unfile the return or unpay the payment. There is no edit workflow; it is a log.
