Redeem loyalty points

Updated

Write off points the customer has already earned. The command checks the balance and the current tier's limit, then the document becomes Redeemed.

Note

This document does not accrue points. Points accrue on the customer when a sales realization is Released, not when the order is approved. The tier is not set by hand — the accumulated balance gives it.

How to#

To redeem points, open Ribbon → CRM → Documents → Loyalty redemptions.

Press New. Pick Customer, fill Points, Save. Then press Redeem points.

The state becomes Redeemed. The customer's points balance falls by that number.

The Loyalty redemption form prints the customer and the points.

The state on the card does not move the document. Only Redeem points does. Until you press it, the document stays Draft, however many times you save.

Example

You sold 3 pieces at 5 each. The campaign earn rate is 5 points per 1 of goods: 3 × 5 × 5 = 75 points when the realization is Released.

Redeem 75 points for that customer: the balance falls by 75. On Loyalty points by customer that customer is gone.

After the sale is Released After Redeem points for 75

Tip

Tiers are Ribbon → CRM → Dictionaries → Loyalty tiers. Campaigns are CRM → Dictionaries → Loyalty campaigns. You do not pick the tier on the customer or on this document. The balance is CRM → Registers → Loyalty points, layout Loyalty points by customer. Purchase history is CRM → Reports → Purchase history — issued invoices, not points.
