A job title with pay rates. An employee holds one position. Payroll and confirmed production operations read the rates.

Name and HourlyRate are required. ID comes from PositionSeq, which starts at 1000 and steps by 1. Neither rate may be negative. Empty or 0 Monthly salary keeps hourly pay: hours × Hourly rate. A filled monthly salary prorates by hours / weekday hours of the TimeSheet period.
There are no commands. This dictionary writes no register. PayrollAccrual writes pay from these rates.
