State Command What happens
Draft Post journal entry Posted. One GL movement per line.

Post journal entry (PostJournalEntry) is bound to Draft only. Posted is read-only. The document is marked to post on save, and a saved Draft still writes no GL movement. The command reloads the saved lines, then saves Posted. The stored captions match the names: Draft, Posted.

The command confirms the journal is posted. Refusal text is still Russian.

Registers#

On Posted, GLPostingTx writes GL: analytic Account, analytic LegalEntity, analytic FiscalPeriod, and resources Debit, Credit, ManagementDebit, ManagementCredit, TaxDebit, and TaxCredit. Each resource is set, zeros included. The line amount is multiplied by ExchangeRate. The header FiscalPeriod is the analytic stored. The open-period check uses the document date.

Empty Circuits fills financial and management resources and leaves both tax resources at 0. A stored FIN,TAX fills financial and tax resources and leaves management at 0.

JournalEntryZr and JournalEntryXr print the number, the document date, the legal entity, the fiscal period, the currency, the description, and each line's account, description, debit, and credit, plus the debit total and the credit total. They do not print ExchangeRate or Circuits.
