ReconciliationAct
Updated
A reconciliation act is a statement of mutual settlements with one counterparty for a period (1C: АктСверкиВзаиморасчетов): the opening balance, every document that moved the debt, and the closing balance. The act reads the debt registers and posts nothing.

Fill Customer, Supplier, or both. Both is the case of a counterparty that buys from you and sells to you: its receivable and payable land in one act.
The sign of both balances is the counterparty's: positive — the counterparty owes us, negative — we owe it.
An empty contract takes every contract of that counterparty whose legal entity is the act's Legal entity. A movement that carries no contract cannot be tied to a legal entity and is always in the act.
Lines (ReconciliationActLines)#
| Field | Caption | Points at |

LineDate |
Date | date of the movement |
DocumentType |

Debit |
Debit | money: what raised the counterparty's debt to us |
Credit |
Credit | money: what lowered it |
One line is one document on one date. Debit is our shipment to the customer or our payment to the supplier. Credit is the customer's payment or return, or the supplier's delivery.
Commands and states#
| State | Command | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | Fill | The lines and both balances are rebuilt from the registers. The state stays Draft. |
| Draft | Agree | The act is filled once more and becomes Agreed. |
Fill (FillReconciliationAct) replaces the lines, it does not append: pressing it again after late documents refreshes the act. Agree (AgreeReconciliationAct) asks for confirmation. Agreed is read-only; a later period is a new act.
Both commands refuse an act with neither Customer nor Supplier, and an empty or reversed period (Period from later than Period to).
How the figures are built#
ReceivableByBasis is read for the customer, PayableByBasis for the supplier. They are the basis companions of Receivable and Payable: the counterparty is a dimension there, so the act reads one counterparty's movements, not the whole register.
- A receivable movement keeps its sign; a payable movement flips it.
- Movements dated before Period from add up to Opening balance.
- Movements from Period from to the end of Period to are grouped by document and date. The positive part of a group is Debit, the negative part is Credit.
- Closing balance = Opening balance + Σ Debit − Σ Credit.
Example
The customer owed 1,000 on 31.12.2024. On 10.03.2025 it got goods for 500. On 05.04.2025 the same company delivered paint to us for 300. Act for 2025 with both Customer and Supplier:
Date Document Debit Credit 10.03.2025 realization 500 05.04.2025 receipt 300 Opening balance 1,000, Closing balance 1,000 + 500 − 300 = 1,200: the counterparty owes us 1,200. The same act with Supplier only shows one credit line and Closing balance −300.
The service behind the commands is ReconciliationActService (FillAsync, CheckAsync). Test: ReconciliationActTest.
Print#
The LocalizationUkraine model adds the paper Reconciliation of mutual settlements (Акт звірки взаєморозрахунків) (UaReconciliationActZr): the parties, the period, the opening balance, the lines, turnovers, the closing balance, a sentence on whose favour the debt is in, and two signature blocks. A balance stands in the Debit (Дебет) column when the counterparty owes us and in Credit (Кредит) when we owe it. The paper shows what Fill wrote; it does not read the registers itself.
What's not there yet#
- Only the Ukrainian paper. Other countries have no print form yet.
- Document shows the type's system name, not its caption.
- Amounts are in the contract currency. Contracts in different currencies of one counterparty are summed as they are.
