A companion register object with the same English caption as PayableByBasis: supplier × basis. It has no ribbon item. The live companion with a menu is Accounts payable by basis. Posting scripts write PayableByBasis, not this name.

The register allows a negative balance. It has no supplier-contract analytic; that analytic is on PayableByBasis.
Settlement documents have a header field also named PayableBasis. That field is the purchase order whose payable is reduced; it is not this register.
