Updated
Company-wide organization flags: the name and logo the product shows, and the default legal entity. One row: the menu opens the card for editing. There is no list and no delete.

ID comes from OrganizationSettingsSeq, which starts at 1 and steps by 1. None of the fields is required.
Save stamps Default legal entity code from Default legal entity when the reference is filled. Clearing the reference does not erase the stored code. A new record with an empty legal-entity field copies this entity.
Empty Application name and empty Application logo leave the product on its built-in mark.
This card does not replace LegalEntity; registration number, country, and tax number stay on that dictionary.

Who references this#
No object stores an OrganizationSettings field. New records that need a legal entity, and the shell that draws the name and logo, read this row.
There are no commands. This dictionary writes no register.
