Commands and states#
New is the initial state. Quoted and Lost are read-only. There is no transition out of either.
| State | Command | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| New | Qualify lead | Qualified. No quotation is created. |
| Qualified | Create quotation | Quoted, and one SalesQuotation in Draft, when Customer, Contract, Ship-from location, and Delivery date (year 1902 or later) are set. The quotation is stored with Source lead. A second press does not create another. If a field is missing, the lead stays Qualified and no quotation is created. |
| New or Qualified | Mark lost | Lost, after confirmation. |
| Quoted | — | Read-only. Mark lost is not offered. |
| Lost | — | Read-only. |
