Number sequence
Updated
A number sequence fills the human ID of a dictionary or the Number of a document. The PK remains MetaId — Identity.
The counter is committed separately from a test's ambient transaction. Rolling the case back would otherwise reuse numbers a data package has already handed out. If the sequence landed in an occupied range, an insert pulls the pointer up to MAX(ID)+1 once; on PostgreSQL the conflict is caught in a savepoint.
Point the object at the sequence with numberSequenceMetaId. The server will create a sequence for ID if you omit one. Declaring your own is the usual path.
Reset policies besides None exist on the json (resetPolicy). This page does not document them.
