Fill standard week on TimeSheet uses Work hours per week divided by 5, else Work hours per day, else 8 hours on each weekday.
Empty Home country treats every employee as local. An employee whose nationality is that country, or whose nationality is empty, uses the ordinary employer rate. Any other nationality uses Social insurance rate, employer (foreign staff). Empty Contribution type on SocialInsuranceAccrual is this statutory pair. Empty Contributory wage ceiling does not cap the base.
Payroll run day of month is stored here; accrual is a button on an approved timesheet, and nothing schedules payroll from this day. Rates here are the statutory social-insurance pair; extra funds live on Contribution type.
