PayableByBasis
Updated
The same supplier debt as Payable, split by the purchase order it belongs to. Empty basis is an advance. The supplier contract is an optional analytic, not a dimension: the balance table stays keyed by supplier × basis. A companion register PayableBasis shares the same English caption and has no ribbon item; posting scripts write this register, not that name.

PurchaseOrder on Received raises it. VendorPayment lowers it. SupplierInvoice, PurchaseReturn, and PurchaseCreditNote also write it.
DebtOffset, DebtWriteOff, DebtTransfer, DebtOpening, and VendorRefund also write it.
ReconciliationAct reads it for one supplier and writes nothing.
PayableRevaluation does not write this register: it moves only Payable AmountFunc.
