TaxAuthorityConnection

Updated

An authority connection is how one legal entity talks to a TaxAuthority: environment, address, timeouts, and a reference to credentials. The secret itself is not stored here. This dictionary is in the workspace git, so the password lives in server configuration.

Code, Authority, Base URL, Environment, and Legal entity are required. ID comes from TaxAuthorityConnectionSeq, which starts at 1 and steps by 1.

Environment is Sandbox, Simulation, or Production. Status is NotOnboarded, Onboarded, or Active. Empty Credential reference means the channel has no named secret. Empty Agent tag sends HTTPS from the host. A local cabinet on the accountant's PC (M.E.Doc) needs the agent on that machine: the host loopback refuses the cabinet.

Mock reject tells the mock channel to write a rejected TaxSubmission. Live HTTP is not this dictionary. The host connector that signs and posts is not this card. Credential reference is a name, not a password. A second connection for the same legal entity is not refused here; submit picks the first row.
